The OQ stream of tests for SAS/STAT software fails for all localized versions of SAS software. Specifically, the test for TSTSPP01.SAS fails when incorrectly comparing the localized, translated characters in the SAS output to the corresponding English (non-translated) characters in the test stream.

The failure is produced in error and does not indicate a problem with the SAS installation. This error can be ignored.

The OQ tests also incorrectly sets the status of the TSTSQD01 as failed due to an error in the test stream code. This incorrect status can be ignored as well.

There is no circumvention for either of these problems.
