When using the distinct count function in SAS Visual Analytics reports, you might find that a negative value is displayed instead of the actual distinct count:

This issue can happen if you specify the va.DistinctCountServerLimit property and the distinct count exceeds that limit. The displayed value represents the negative value of that limit.

This property is set in SAS^® Management Console. On the Plug-ins tab, select Application Management ► Configuration Manager ► SAS Application Infrastructure. Expand Visual Analytics 7.5 and select Properties. If the property is defined here, you can delete it. This property has been deprecated for version 7.5.
