This SAS KB article explains how to check the hot fix level for your SAS Fraud Management version.
The HOT FIX COMPONENT HISTORY section in the SAS Fraud Management hot fix installation instructions contains the SAS Fraud Management components under the Software Component column.
Here is a table that displays the HOT FIX COMPONENT HISTORY section in the SAS® Fraud Management 6.2 Hot Fix 5 hot fix installation instructions.
The Software Component column for SAS® OnDemand Decision Engine is listed as SAS FM Decision Engine 6.2.
In a SAS Fraud Management 6.2 system with hot fix level 3 (that is, HF3), the “M9W003” code would be displayed as the “Hot Fix Entry” in both the DeploymentRegistry.html and DeploymentRegistry.txt registry reports generated in step one.
The DeploymentRegistry.html displays the SAS OnDemand Decision Engine hot fix 3 level:
The DeploymentRegistry.txt displays the SAS OnDemand Decision Engine hot fix 3 level:
For a SAS Fraud Management 6.2 system with hot fix level 3, M9W004 would be displayed for the SAS OnDemand Decision Engine component in the registry reports. For hot fix level 5, M9W005 would be displayed
Here are two important considerations regarding the SAS Fraud Management software component and the hot fix level:
In the registry reports, DeploymentRegistry.html and DeploymentRegistry.txt, the SAS Fraud Management software components are listed as “Fraud Management” and not “FM”.
For example, “M9W” is the prefix for the SAS OnDemand Decision Engine component.
You can search for M9W in the registry reports (DeploymentRegistry.html and DeploymentRegistry.txt), and then identify the three digits following the prefix to help find out the hot fix level for the SAS OnDemand Decision Engine component.
