In SAS® Viya® 3.5, the SAS Environment Manager Jobs and Flows page might be slow to respond when you access the Scheduling tab.
One cause for this issue is described in the following documentation: The Scheduling Tab in SAS Environment Manager Is Slow to Load. This issue occurs when you use the groupsForUser condition when providing access to jobRequests. This issue is typically not limited to administrators.
This issue also occurs when you schedule many jobs. As a result, SAS Environment Manager looks up the trigger times for all jobs to populate its chart view.
When logged on as an administrator or someone with Read permission on all or many scheduled jobs, slowness can occur in rendering the Scheduling tab's view.
