In SAS Financial Management 5.62, the Open in Excel button in the web application might be disabled when you try to open a form in Microsoft Excel. This issue can occur after you open one or more forms during the same session.
This behavior occurs due to an underlying issue in SAS Financial Management 5.62. You cannot resolve this issue by reopening the browser or refreshing the session.
To circumvent this issue, you must apply the corresponding hot fix for SAS Financial Management 5.62.
