After completing an upgrade-in-place (UIP) from SAS^® 9.4M8 (TS1M8) to SAS^® 9.4M9 (TS1M9), saved directives in the Run Status directive will not open in the data loader. When you attempt to open a saved directive, a message similar to the following might occur:

Failed to convert from type [java.lang.String] to type [java.util.Date] for value [2025-09-04T06:23:28.942]

Text '2025-09-04T06:23:28.942' could not be parsed at index 23

There is no workaround for this issue.
