The Alert Activity date sorting filter does not work in SASĀ® Visual Investigator


An issue occurs where the date sorting does not work when you filter on the transaction Event Date column in the Alert Activity Grid.

This issue occurs when you complete steps similar to the following:

  1. Double-click an alert.
  2. On the Alert Activity tab, filter the transaction Event Date.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. No results are displayed (even if there are dates that match the applied filter).
