Queries or tasks that create output data (such as List Data in SAS Enterprise Guide) can take a long time to open. This issue occurs when there are many libraries with many tables assigned to a SAS^® Viya^® server, especially when the libraries use database connections like Oracle.  

This issue is caused by unnecessary re-querying of the server's library members.
