When you try to apply a data filter using the filter drop-down options within the SAS Life Science Analytics Framework 5.4.2 Data Viewer, if the data values represent formatted values (versus actual data values), the filter will not produce the correct results. 

For example, if you format data values as yes and no to represent numeric 1 and 0 values, the formatted values are displayed on the filter menu. However, the selected data filter does not produce the expected results. 

There is currently no solution for the reported issue.

Workaround

The recommended workaround for this issue is to manually enter in the filter criteria by specifying the actual data value for the filter field.
