The "Reset" button in the "Manage keyboard shortcuts" window is always disabled for functions that do not have a predefined shortcut


In the Manage Keyboard Shortcuts window, if you define a shortcut for a function that does not contain a predefined value (that is, fields that contain “Press keys” for the shortcut value), the corresponding Reset button is disabled.

For example, if you set the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+P for the “Go to Git pane” function, which contains no predefined shortcut, the corresponding Reset button always appears disabled:

This is a bug that affects SAS® Studio 2025.06 up to SAS® Studio 2025.12.

Workaround

To circumvent this issue, click the x icon to clear the field.
