When using NETENCRYPTALGORITHM=SSL, in certain scenarios with SAS metadata-defined SAS/CONNECT^® spawner or server, SAS sets the NOSSLNAMECHECK parameter. As a result, an SSL or TLS connection does not work as intended. 

SAS will no longer set the NOSLLNAMECHECK parameter internally.
