SAS Pack Optimization might not recommend packs when the inner pack configurations have sizes fewer than the number of sizes for the style-color in a purchase order (PO) plan.

For example, when there are 12 sizes for a style-color in a PO plan and you specify an inner pack of 6 for a PO plan, SAS Pack Optimization recommends only bulk packs. However, when you specify an inner pack of 12, SAS Pack Optimization recommends packs with 12 sizes in them.

No warnings or error messages are reported when this issue occurs. 

There is no workaround for this issue.
