SAS® OnDemand Decision Engine creates excessive keep-alive monitor threads in environments with high transactions per second (TPS) values

SAS OnDemand Decision Engine creates keep-alive monitor threads for the Multi-Entity History (MEH), System of Record (SOR), and Transaction Data Repository (TDR) databases. In environments with a high TPS value, these keep-alive monitor threads can consume all the connections to the TDR database. As a result, database connections might be prevented from being used to write transaction data to the TDR, which results in performance degradation.

There is no workaround for this issue.
