A misleading message is displayed when you update an analyst list if at least one of the defined SAS® OnDemand Decision Engines is down


When one or more scoring engines are down and you add or remove a value from an analyst list in the web application, a red Failure message is displayed. This message is misleading since the list values are successfully updated in the database table that stores the analyst list contents. The scoring engines still read the correct list values from the database table on startup. 

The same message is displayed when you update an analyst list from the Manage Displayed Entity on Analyst Lists link or from the transaction action menu on the transaction grid on the Alerts tab.
