On the Models tab, you can create a model with double-quote characters in the Name field. However, once you save the model, you cannot update the model name or delete the model.
The following message is displayed when this issue occurs:
Please specify the model's transaction scope.
You can manually update the MODEL_NAME field in the FCM_MODEL table in the System of Record (SOR) database. Once the MODEL_NAME no longer contains the double-quote characters, you can update the name or delete the model in the web application.
