When working within the SAS® Health environment, you might encounter a scenario where GenAI Platform (GAP) services become or are unavailable.
This article provides guidance / steps below for using non-GenAI assisted methods for creating patient cohorts from the SAS Health Common Data Model when this scenario occurs:
- Leverage Data Views because they represent a no-code based tool to build a data view by joining one or many tables.
- Retrieve SQL queries from the prior conversation history and execute them against the database with assistance from a DBA/developer if appropriate or use the SAS® Studio/SAS® Visual Analytics tool as required.
- If the required SQL is not available in the conversation history, collaborate with your development team or system administrator to generate the necessary output until SAS Health Copilot is fully operational.
- Log a service request with your SAS Support team that informs them about the unavailability of SAS Health Co-Pilot / GAP services.
