SAS® Risk Governance Framework displays an "Unable to download excel for dataload" pop-up message when you try to export certain reports


In SAS® Risk Governance Framework 7.5, when you work on Regulatory Content for the EBA Taxonomies business solution and you try to export certain reports, the following pop-up message is displayed:

Unable to download excel for dataload.

When this issue occurs, the following error is reported in the <SASConfigFolder>/Lev1/Web/Logs/SASServer8_1/SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkMidTier.log file:

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: A valid formula or a list of values must be less than or equal to 255 characters (including separators).

This issue occurs due to an in-cell API validation constraint that exceeds 255 characters without considering a delimiter (comma) for a total count.
