On the Strategies tab, you can view email templates assigned to a queue in the Email Assignment section. If you have the appropriate permissions, you can select an email template and either remove it or set it as the default template.
If you do not have permission to perform these actions, the following browser message is displayed in a pop-up window:
You do not have permission for this operation.
Clicking OK does not dismiss the message; instead, the pop-up is re-displayed.
You can close the pop-up window and continue by clicking your browser's Refresh button.
