SAS® Web Infrastructure Platform configuration fails after you apply the 2026 Q2 Security Update on SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8)


You must apply SAS Middle Tier 9.4_M8 hot fix M2K032 or later and SAS® Management Console 9.4_M8 hot fix M2E032 or later before applying the 2026 Q2 SAS Security Update. 

The SAS Web Infrastructure Platform configuration fails to complete successfully (as shown below), and SAS Logon fails to start if you do not apply these hot fixes first.
