Entering an incorrect password when you launch SAS^® Studio 3.83 results in multiple authentication failures. It is not expected that multiple authentication failures should occur. Instead, a single failure should occur, and no further authentication attempts should be made.

The multiple authentication attempts might cause your account to be locked, which prevents you from being able to access SAS Studio until you re-enable your account.
