The LIMIT clause might not be included in the query that is passed to the BigQuery database when the following are true:

• You are running one of the following releases of SAS^® or cadences of SAS^® Viya^®
  • SAS^® 9.4M8 (TS1M8) with Hot Fix M7Z014 or later
  • SAS^® 9.4M9 (TS1M9) with Hot Fix R6L001
  • SAS^® Viya^® platform Stable 2025.01
  • SAS^® Viya^® platform LTS 2025.03
• You use the OBS= data set option.
• You select all variables and all rows from the BigQuery table.
• You are not querying a BigQuery materialized view.

There is no workaround for this issue.
