If all the values of the weight variable are zero in one or more strata or clusters, incorrect results can occur in many of the output Statistics and Domain Analysis values in PROC SURVEYMEANS. The zero clusters and strata are also incorrectly included in the Number of Strata and Number of Clusters results in the Data Summary.

To circumvent this problem, change all the zero weights to missing values.
