If you specify dynamic panel estimator with GMM option and if the number of regressors (including the time dummy variables created by the TIME option on the MODEL statement) in the model is larger than the number of instruments listed on the INSTRUMENT statement, then SAS system might crash.

Currently there is no circumvention for this problem.
