When you are publishing a model to DB2 using MECHANISM=static, FTP errors that occur might not be displayed. The static model publishing might report an FTP time-out. The FTP error might be due to an out-of-space condition. However, the actual cause of the error is not surfaced in the SAS^® log nor is it surfaced in any of the temporary files located in the directory specified by the PERMDIR= option.

There is no workaround for this issue.
