When the NOITER option is specified in the PARMS statement in PROC HPLMIXED, the estimates and standard errors in the Solutions for Fixed Effects table might be incorrect.

To circumvent this problem, specify the HOLD=ALL option in the PARMS statement instead of the NOITER option.
