Predicted values produced by the CODE statement in PROC PLM are incorrect under the following circumstances:

• The item store is generated with the STORE statement in PROC PROBIT
• The NOINT option is specified in the MODEL statement
• The response variable is binary

Correct predicted values are available using the OUTPUT statement in PROC PROBIT. See section 3 of SAS Note 33307, "Scoring (computing predicted values) for new observations or a validation data set".
