If you suppress an alert in SAS Visual Investigator and reactivate the alert after a score increase, some alert fields might not be updated to reflect the alert reactivation.

You are likely to encounter this problem if the alert disposition was defined per the Define a Reactivate after a Score Increase Action documentation. Fields that are not updated include the following:

• Disposition ID
• Disposition comment
• Disposition reason
• Auto-activate datetime
• Auto-activate score
