Slower-than-expected performance might occur in SAS/ACCESS Interface to Microsoft SQL Server after you apply Hot Fix M2L011.
This issue occurs when you upgrade the Microsoft SQL Server ODBC driver to version 08.02.2804 (B3934 and U4022) and the SQL Server connection string contains the following attribute:
KeepConnectionActive=1
Workloads that previously performed as expected with earlier driver versions might exhibit noticeable performance degradation after the upgrade.
Remove the following attribute from the SQL Server connection string:
This issue occurs with Microsoft SQL Server ODBC driver version 08.02.2804 (B3934 and U4022), which is included in Hot Fix M2L011.
When you use the same connection string configuration with earlier driver versions, a difference in performance might occur after upgrading.
