Currently, users running on RHEL 8 or later or SUSE 15 or later are required to independently acquire and deploy libpng15 in their SAS^® 9.4M8 (TS1M8) environment as part of their installation and maintenance process.

A hot fix is now available for SAS 9.4M8 that delivers and installs libpng15 automatically. This hot fix removes the need for users to separately obtain and deploy the library, simplifying the update process and helping ensure that the required dependency is installed correctly.
